We try to source sustainable local produce wherever possible. Our eggs are free range and our chicken, beef, pork and lamb are from local farms in the surrounding hills and valleys. However sourcing the good stuff is useless without properly skilled chefs with the drive and passion to turn it into tasty plates of quality food.
Head chef Sam Pierce leads the team in producing everything from pub classics to superb specials and tempting desserts.
This real ale pub has a great selection of locally produced ales continually on the bar. In addition we offer a large range of spirits, malts, wine and bottled beers. A full wine list is available with Laurent Perrier as our house champagne.
Soft drinks are also available or fresh coffee and speciality teas can be made just the way you like them.
